Too true about the Metro North station! Meanwhile my sister has no reliable way to get from Queens to Brooklyn, and was TWO HOURS late for class yesterday morning because the G train, the ONLY SUBWAY ROUTE TO HER SCHOOL FROM HERE, suspended service WITHOUT NOTICE. My mom had to leave work and come back to drive her there herself. WTF? I live on the Q84 bus line now, instead of at the end of the F train. I recently took that bus to get into Manhattan this week, and was surprised by the number of people who use it to get to and from the bus terminal where you can catch the train. (It was actually a fast commute - an hour total to get to Bryant Park!) Imagine my surprise (was I really that surprised?) when I learned that the MTA had been planning on eliminating the Q84 bus line due to "underuse" as recently as February. It was only a petition signed by a massive amount of people from the three neighborhoods it served that saved it.
BB can take his 91 million dollars and his Second Avenue Subway and shove it where the sun don't shine.
On another note, I'm glad you're doing okay at home!

Feel free to post a response video, talking about the Q84 and sad state of Brooklyn to Queens travel on the subway. I would love to see it!!!
